GERMAN PERCOLATE PREVENTION (G.P.P)

GERMAN PERCOLATE PREVENTION (G.P.P) is a water proofing item.It is used to prevent or to control the leakage/seepage in the building.It is the product that no one even heard before and no other company in Pakistan is offering the same kind of product.Now a days its a kind of commodity.It is applicable on following places.

GERMAN DRY BOND (FOR TILES)

This dry bond is used to lay tiles on the floor and walls.It is prepared with 30% of imported material.Its sticking power for tiles is two times greater then common cement.It has equal control on rough and soft surface.Summer,winter or snow fall will not effect on German dry bond's strength.The German dry bond is quite useful on the surface of marble and chips floors for fixing tiles.The tiles fixed with German dry bond never fell.


How to apply on Floor & Walls:

• 
  
  1.Apply a layer of adhesive mortar on to the clean surface with the flat side of the trowel.
  
  

• 2.Use the notched side of the trowel and install another layer of the adhesive mortar at a 45(c)-60 (c) angle.
  
  

3.Place block on the tiles and tap with hammer.

• 
  

4.Spread grout paste with a firm sharp rubber float.

5.If a haze appears on the surface of the tiles after grout is dry , buff of with clean dry cloth.






GERMAN DRY BOND (FOR MARBLE)

This dry bond is used to lay marble on the floor.Its sticking is two times  power greater then any other bond/cement available in market.But this bond is available only on order.

GERMAN TILE GROUT (FILLER)

GERMAN tile grout is used to fill the joints of tiles.This is available in all colours.It is a combination of high quality chemicals and fine colours which are imported from Germany.The colour matching is 95%to Pakistani and imported tiles therefore it increases the beautification of your kitchen,bath and floor.The most fascinating thing about this product is that it is an acid proof product.


Installation:

1. Surface Preparation
Before starting to grout remove spacers and debris in grout joint and remove dust and dirt using a wet sponge. Do not leave water standing in joints. Room temperature must be between 40 f (4 c) and 90f (32c) .

2. MixingUse approximately 1 litre Grout Admix or water in (3 kg) of Unsanded grout. Place Grout Admix or water in a clean mixing container and add grout powder slowly. Mix by hand to a smooth stiff consistency. Allow to slake for 5-10 minutes and remix.

3. ApplicationDampen tile surface with water. Spread with a sharp, firm rubber grout float. Work the grout paste into joints until completely filled. Use diagonal stroke to pack the joints. Insure that joint is filled and grout is not just sitting on top(i.e. “bridging the joint” ).

• 4.CleaningGrout Primary Cleaning –Remove excess grout from the face of the tiles with the edge of the grout float. Hold the float at a 90(c ) angle and pull it at a 45© angle diagonally across the joints and tile to avoid pulling out the material.
  
  

Grout Secondary Cleaning – Remove remaining grout with a damp sponge (not wet) or a damp towel. Work diagonally to the joints. Allow grout to become firm, before cleaning. Use water application to the minimum.

WHITE DRY BOND:

White dry bond is the competitor product of white cement but much more reliable then that.It is to lay white marble on floor and for crystal tiles in the swimming pools.
